RoundhousePM is a revolutionary web application with deep roots, having been developed by architects to meet the information overload demands of today’s design and construction industry. For over 10 years in use by owners, architects, and contractors, RoundhousePM has been tested and trusted on thousands of construction projects, earning the confidence of stakeholders as varied as national retail corporations and higher education institutions. Always keeping up with the latest technologies, RoundhousePM works across the latest generation of workstations and mobile devices, seamlessly accessible from the office to the job site.
Through these 10 years, this web application has been relied upon by both practicing architects and contractors to keep track of open items requiring timely responses. It has been developed to put an end to those angry calls about costly problems due to overdue RFIs or submittals not properly tracked, and to provide an intuitive digital log of construction documents which may have been released and revised several times. Originally looking for solutions in the marketplace, our team of architects and software developers came to the conclusion that no existing product offered ideal functionality, so together we set out to develop that tool – not only to make it easier for designers and contractors to manage project documentation, but to enable firm leadership to see at a glance the collaboration status (or ‘health’) of any given project, plus the firm as a whole.
