RoundhousePM is a great project management tool from a consultant’s point of view.  It allows for fluid communication between the design team members and also with the contractor.  I like how it tracks RFI’s and submittals with the requested completion dates which can otherwise get buried in an email inbox.
 
Another great feature is the ability to access data for past projects to help maintain product consistency for the same owners.  Submittals and full sets are available for members of the design team.
 
When sending out communications, there is a selection list that includes all people involved with the project.  This makes it so you don’t forget a team member.
 
Uploading/downloading files has been fast and without issue.   I have worked with other FTP and cloud based systems which transmission is much slower.
